在正常情况下,炼油厂石化厂产生的可燃气体,进入气柜储存,然后经压缩机进行抽取加压,火炬气脱硫后送到工厂燃料气平衡系统。在这种情况下,火炬系统是关闭的。炼油厂泄放的可燃气体全部回收利用,通过火炬气脱硫进入全厂燃料气平衡部分。全厂燃料气平衡通过汽化器、球罐保证燃料器压力平衡,使全厂用气装置正常运行。
一旦遇到意外情况或者发生事故状态,生产装置紧急停车会泄放大量的可燃气体,这些气体大大超过正常回收量,气体回收部分是无法进行全部回收的,一旦大量气体进入回收系统,会对气柜造成危险,以往的做法是关闭气体回收部分,并且马上点燃火炬,把进入气柜的可燃气体切换到火炬头进行燃烧排放,然而这种做法也是十分浪费资源的。
所以采用我们的火炬一体化 FCS 系统可以在紧急排放的时候,经过我们的优化软件平台处理后,保证气柜上升速度在安全状态下同时也可以进行火炬气回收,从而可以更好的节省能源,避免浪费。
