VersaMax系统产品提供了全面的分布式I/O可用于单独的PLC系统和PC Control结
构的分布式控制系统。对于工业和商业自动化场合，VersaMax I/O通用灵活的I/O配置结构可用于本地和远程控制现场，每个控制站的最大I/O点数可达256点。VersaMax系统可以是单独的PLC配置应用，也可作为分布式I/O子站联结在现场控制总线Genius，Profibus，DeviceNet上。VersaMax完全满足UL，CUL，CE，Class I 20ne2和Class I Division2等标准。
VersaMax I/O模块化组合结构，满足用户的各种需求，I/O模块的纵向深度仅70mm，各种紧凑灵活组合，非常节省物理空间，单- I/O模块最大为32点。系统采用DIN导轨方式安装，每个控制站最大可有8个I/O模块。
VersaMax产品具有自动地址分配组态特性，可免除过去传统的系统组态方式和手持式编程器监控装置。每一个I/O模块有多种现场I/O端子接线方式：盒型，栅型，联接器型，且支持两线，三线和四线制接线方式，与现场设备相连。
