·AC500可编程控制器(PLC)概述
CPU 有PM571、PM581、PM582 和PM591 四个不同的等级。而这不同等级的CPU 均
可用同一个编程软件使用6 种不同编程语言进行编程。CPU 上均带有 : LCD 的显示、一组操作按键、一个SD 卡的扩展口和两个集成的串行通讯口。CPU 可直接插在CPU 底板上,CPU 底板还可选择是集成以太网还是ARCNET 网络接口。而保留的CS31 的通讯接口更是考虑到了和AC31 系列的兼容性。
除了CPU 上集成的通讯功能外,每一个CPU 另外支持最多4 个通讯扩展接口模块。这4个通讯接口可扩展为任意的标准总线协议模块。CPU上集成的两个Modbus 通讯接口和可选集成的以太网或ARCNET网络接口外,通过通讯扩展接口还能扩展 : ProfibusDP、DeviceNet、CANopen 和以太网等总线接口。

AC 31可编程控制器至少包括一个AC31中央处理单元,而中央处理单元主要分为40、50和90 系列 :
– 40 系列中央处理单元 : 带有一个本地I/O 扩展接口,最多206 点。
– 50 系列中央处理单元 : 带有一个本地I/O 扩展接口和一个用于远程扩展的CS31 总线接口,最多1000 点开关量或222 点模拟量。
– 90 系列中央处理单元 : 带有一个用于远程扩展的CS31 总线接口最多1040 点开关量/232 点模拟量。并可带多种标准现场总线接口。
